ODRADZAM! I've purchased lots of goods at this store online (allegro) on 10th Jun. Then I was calling them for the WHOLE week asking when they will send it and every time I was hearing TOMORROW and TOMORROW. After 1 week they finally marked these items as SENT but then lady from Customer Support told me that their courier didn't scan a pack and I need to order AGAIN and they will make a refund. Summing up: - Customer support is extremely rude and unprofessional. Can even explain how poor it is. - Organization level is 1/100. I've ordered my items - 10th Jun I got some of them (not all) 19th Jun I got a refund - 07 Jul Store tried to apologize for inconveniences - NEVER Customer experience - 0

We can pick up there accessories bought in the net,good prices but strange staff,not very helpful and bike service is expensive,better to change or repair in another place or by ourselves

Wystawiają towar którego nie mają. Na zwrot pieniędzy czekam już 2 tygodnie. W rozmowie tel. obiecują że już wysyłają. Kłamstwo. Może myślą że zapomnę i uda się mnie oskubać. Nic z tego. Odzyskam forsę. Jak trzeba to pójdę do sądu. Zapłacą koszty i będzie nauczka . Nie polecam. Omijajcie z daleka.Szkoda waszego zdrowia i nerwów.
